Initiating the Onboarding of a new hire by sending forms, will trigger a system-generated New Hire Registration email to be sent to the new hire. When received, the "Register" link will prompt the new hire to create a password to register the email provided in their application and accept the Terms of Use. The new hire will now have secure access to their individual onboarding portal where the assigned Onboarding Packages and Forms will show as the new hire's "Checklist." The new hire will complete the required new hire profile fields and assigned forms.
