Through a partnership with Indeed, we developed a new means to post and advertise remote-work jobs on the world’s largest job board. In response to the need for companies to recruit, hire, and enable people to work from home, Indeed now offers remote-work options to attract talent to these new employment opportunities:
- Not Remote - The job can be performed on-site only.
- COVID-19 - The job is temporarily remote and will return to the office later.
- Work From Home Flexible - The job may work from home or on-site as designated.
- Fully Remote - The job is 100% remote work.
At the time of posting a job or editing a posted job, you will be required to select a Remote Status from the drop-down to classify the job in their Indeed feeds. The resulting job posting for COVID-19 and Work From Home Flexible selections will include a work address (city, state, and zip) and will appear to job seekers as a remote-work opportunity in the address geography for Indeed purposes. Jobs with a Fully Remote status are not limited to a given geography; they will appear to job seekers without a specific work address and show those fields as Remote. A Fully Remote job will be advertised nationwide. Job postings with a Not Remote status will include a work address (city, state, and zip) and will appear to job seekers within the address geography.
Note: Users with permissions can update the Remote Status for any posted jobs via the Job Details tab.
