Paused jobs remain active for applicant processing, but they no longer appear on the job boards the hiring system feeds to or your career site. Any applicant who attempts to use an existing link for that position will be notified the position is no longer active and will be provided with a direct link to your Career Site. To continue recruiting for the job, you can reactivate the position, and it will return to the Posted status.
Follow these steps to reactivate a paused job:
- Select the Jobs tab from the menu.
- Select the Job Title to be reactivated.
- Click the Job Status drop-down and select Unpause.
- Confirm you'd like to Unpause the job.
Taking this action will reactivate the job, and the Job Status will become Posted. To attract new applicants, the hiring system will add the job back to your Career Site, repost it on the job boards the hiring system feeds to, and reactivate all previously created tracking links.
