The grouped activity report provides a count of key recruiting activities grouped by either Department, Location, or Sub-brand. The following system activities will be tallied based on the report's date range: Applicants Received, Hired, Rejected, Requested Interviews, and Confirmed Interviews. By default, Interview events will be counted for applicants in the Interview stage only, and the report will display data by Department from the last 30 days. The columns can be sorted, saved as a custom report, and exported.
To view the Activity Report:
- Click Reports from the main menu.
- Open the report by selecting Activity Report - Grouped.
- Click Edit Filters to change the Date Range (Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or Custom) or Grouped by (Department, Location, or Sub-brand).
- Click Apply to confirm.
The report displays only line items that contain event data. For example, if the Accounting Department has had no activity during the selected date range, it will be excluded from view. It is possible for a negative number to be displayed for hired or rejected if a user opted to undo a hire or undo a rejection during the report date range.
If exported, the report will be delivered as an emailed attachment in .csv format and will contain the report name and list the filters that were applied when creating the report. If available, the corresponding report graph(s) will be attached as separate files. Depending on the size of the data set you are exporting, the report may not be received immediately.
