The Applicant Source Report provides a detailed summary of how applicants found your job posting. The report displays interactive metrics along with a detailed summary listed below the chart.
To run the report, click Reports from the menu and select Applicant Source from the reports list.
By default, the Applicant Source Report will display results according to your User Permissions. Scrolling over each bar on the graph will show the total number of applicants from that source. To filter the report, click Customize and then configure the filter selections as desired. Click Apply, and the page will refresh to display the new report. The results can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on the columns. To remove or make filter changes, click Edit Filters and then Apply to finish. You can revert back to the original report by selecting Clear Filters.
Available Filters Include:
- Date Range
- Stage
- Department
- Job Title
- Location
If exported, the report will be delivered as an emailed attachment in .csv format and will contain the report name and list the filters that were applied when creating the report. If available, the corresponding report graph(s) will be attached as separate files. Depending on the size of the data set you are exporting, the report may not be received immediately.
