The Recruiter Hiring Metrics Report is a report designed to give an overview of how effectively your team of recruiters is processing applicants. The data displayed in this report mainly revolves around stage movement for the reviewed and hired stage and how they relate to the Lead Recruiters assigned to your jobs. Most data in this report will be pulled from those statistics.
There are 3 sections associated with this report:
- Top Stat Block
- Two Line Graphs
- Data Grid
Top Stat Block
The block of stats at the top of the report is an overview of your entire organization's hiring metrics. *The data in this area is separate from the rest of the page*, meaning this information will not coincide with anything you see in graphs or the grid at the bottom. Where the graphs and grid show information as it's related to your lead recruiters, *the top stat block's data is compiled from all of your jobs regardless of whether any lead recruiters as assigned to a job or not*. This information can be affected by all filters except the date filter.
The purpose of this Top Stat Block (and why it is disassociated from the rest of the page) is to act as a benchmark to compare your Lead Recruiters to.
The top stat block shows:
- Applied to reviewed: The average time in days it takes an applicant to move from the received stage to the reviewed stage (or later).
- Offer Extended to Hired: The average time in days it takes an applicant to move from the offer stage to the hired stage. This value can be negative if applicants are hired before the offer is extended.
Line Graphs
This area of the report is made up of two graphs Apply to Review & Offer Extended to Hired. This gives a graphical representation of how your team is moving your applicants forward towards the hired stage based on the applied filters.
Data Grid
The Data Grid at the bottom of the report shows is made up of 7 columns (affected by applied filters if any are applied):
- Lead Recruiter - The user who the rest of the column's data is related to
- Applicants - The number of applicants in the reviewed stage (or later) associated with the Lead Recruiter.
- Apply to Review - A bar graph of the average number of days it takes this user to move someone from the received stage to the reviewed stage (or later)
- Days (in relationship to Apply to Review) - The numerical representation of the Apply to Review column
- Number of Hires - The number of applicants Hired by the Lead Recruiter
- Offer Extended to Hired - The average number of days it takes the Lead Recruiter to move an applicant from the Offer stage to the Hired Stage. If the applicant is hired before the offer is sent out, this can result in negative values.
- Days (in relationship to Offer Extended to Hired) - The numerical representation of the Offer Extended to Hired column
