To work with job data outside of your hiring system, you can export a report of all active Jobs to which you are assigned from the My Jobs tab. By default, Account Administrators can export the Jobs List of all active jobs company-wide from the All Jobs tab.
- Select Jobs from the main menu and then click the My Jobs or All Jobs tab.
- From the Job Queue, click Take Action and select Export Jobs List from the dropdown.
- Review the total number of jobs that will be exported and click EXPORT to confirm.
The report will be delivered as an emailed attachment in .csv format and will contain the export name and list the filters (Location, Department, Sub-Brand, etc.) and/or search criteria applied when requesting the export. The file will be sorted by Department in ascending alphabetical order and will retain the same left-to-right order of the columns displayed on the Jobs tab in the hiring system and include the associated job metrics of each position.
Depending on the size of the data set you are exporting, the report may not be received immediately. An email notification will be sent to the requestor if there are any issues in generating the export.
