It’s best practice to make sure your currently open jobs are seen from, and connected to, your company's website. Typically, this would be in the "Careers" or "Jobs" section of your site. To help facilitate this, your KeldairHR system provides you with a branded Career Site that is updated with your open jobs as you Post/Pause/Close them from within the ATS.
Your branded Careers Page provides you with a dedicated URL specific to your company. This URL can be added to your website either by your website administrator or your IT Team. Many companies add a link to the Careers section of their website, such as "Click here to see our current openings." Once a job applicant clicks that link, they are taken to the branded page, powered by KeldairHR, listing your open positions. They can proceed to apply to whichever job(s) they would like.
Often times, major job boards will perform authentication checks to ensure the jobs fed to their sites are genuine positions that actually exist for real companies. Linking your Career Site to your Organization's website will help ensure your jobs are deemed authentic by the job boards when these checks occur.
