The Jobs tab is designed to provide users with an overall view of all active jobs to which they are assigned. A user can select My Jobs or, if user permissions allow, All Jobs to view the Jobs Queue.
- My Jobs - The My Jobs tab is the default job view and provides an at-a-glance view of the details of each active job assigned to the user.
- All Jobs - The All Jobs tab is available to specific users as defined by User Roles. By default, all Account Administrators have access to this tab. The All Jobs tab provides an at-a-glance view of the details for all jobs company-wide.
The Applicant Flow graph displays the number of new applicants by day based on the list of permitted Job Titles. The adjacent Summary shows the total Posted Jobs, Paused Jobs, New Applicants, and Active Applicants. To review job details or process applicants for a specific Job, click the Job Title. From either tab, My Jobs or All Jobs, users can filter by any combination of text from the Job Title, Sub-Brands, Departments, and Locations. In addition, the data can be sorted in ascending or descending order by using the column headers.
Job Search
Search by Job ID
Users can search for jobs by entering at least 3 characters (numbers or letters) from the system-generated default Job ID or, if enabled, the Custom Job ID into the search toolbar from the Job Queue to view active jobs (posted or paused). Unless filters have been applied, the entire list of jobs, regardless of the page they are on, will be returned in the results. If filters have been applied, the search will be limited to the narrowed list.
Search by Job Title
Users can search for jobs by entering at least 3 characters (numbers or letters) from the Job Title into the search toolbar from the Job Queue to view active jobs (posted or paused). Unless filters have been applied, the entire list of jobs, regardless of the page they are on, will be returned in the results. If filters have been applied, the search will be limited to the narrowed list.
