The system provides Users with reports in conjunction with the Lead Role Assignments feature to analyze how hiring managers are performing. These reports will indicate how long it is taking for applicants to be processed. The three different reports (Hiring Performance, Recruiter Hiring Metrics, and Hiring Manager Metrics) each focus on one of the Lead Roles (Job Owner, Lead Hiring Manager, and Lead Recruiter).
After assigning Lead Roles to individual jobs, Account Administrators and Users with permissions to "Reports" can go into any of the 3 new reports:
- Hiring Performance
- Recruiter Hiring Metrics
- Hiring Manager Metrics
- Hiring Report Notes
- View Hiring Reports
Hiring Performance
The Hiring Performance report displays the average time applicants spend in each Stage. The "Start Date" in the "Hired to Start Date" field is sourced from the onboarding demographics. If the Onboarding module is not activated in your hiring system and Onboarding Demographics aren't enabled, the the "Hired to Start Date" will always be "0".
Recruiter Hiring Metrics
The Recruiter Hiring Metric will contain 2 line charts at the top and a single bar chart for each Lead Recruiter at the bottom. The two line charts show, overall, how long it takes applicants to go from "Applied" to "Reviewed" and how long it takes an applicant to go from "Offer Extended" to "Hired". Hovering over the bar shows a tool tip with the average in days, and the value in parentheses shows how many applicants are part of that calculation.
Hiring Manager Metrics
The hiring manager metrics display how job owners and lead hiring managers are performing. It will group lead hiring managers under each assigned job owner then displays how they performed. The "Reviewed to Hired (By Job Owner)" shows the average time between the applicant file being marked as "Reviewed" to the time of the "Applicant being Hired" for all hires tied to this Job Owner. The "Reviewed to Hired (by Lead Hiring Manager)" shows the average time between the applicant file being marked as "Reviewed" to the time of the "Applicant being Hired" for each Lead Hiring Manager. Hovering on any of the bar charts shows a tool tip with the average time in days.
Hiring Report Notes
- Report data requires the system to refresh after the reports have had time to cycle through an internal update.
- Users have to hover over bar charts with their mouse to see what the values are. The numbers will differ from what is displayed in the parentheticals as they represent different information.
- Data will only show for applicants in the "Hired" Stage.
- Data will only show if Lead Role Assignments have been designated.
- Each report has a Mean & Median button to switch between what data is displayed.
View Hiring Reports
- Click Reports from the main menu.
- Open the report from the menu.
- To filter the results, click +Customize, select the data fields, and click Apply to confirm.
- If customized, save the report for future use by clicking the gear icon to Save Report As.
- To use the Stage Movement Report outside of your hiring system, click the gear icon and select Export.
