Job Keywords will be automatically generated for a job based on the job description, job questions, and interview questions. The hiring system's recommendation engine will use the job's assigned set of keywords resulting in each application being evaluated for fit. The recommendation engine will indicate if a given applicant has strong keyword matches before opening up the file. The matches are performed by semantic search, meaning the system will interpret the data to determine the context and how closely they relate. If the job's keyword is "blue" it would give the applicant credit for other similar text such as having "aqua" or "teal" in their submission. Any keyword designated as a "Strong Fit" will be added as a system-generated "Tag" in the Applicant File.
