Experience Levels can be a valuable consideration when evaluating your open jobs. Experience Level is now a formalized concept in your system to help both your organization and your hiring process.
How it works
In each Job Template, in the Job Details section, you will now be presented with an Experience selector. The available Experience Levels are:
- Entry-level
- Intermediate
- Mid-level
- Senior
- Executive
- Other
Experience level will be used in the system’s Recommendation engine and when generating automatic job descriptions. Soon, it will also be used to feed integrated job boards where applicable and provide additional filters in reporting and in-application sorting.
Note: As of March 2023, all Posted Jobs and Job Templates will be required to have an assigned Experience level. It will be optional to make this selection for past jobs, but doing so should provide additional analytical value in the future. Editing already posted or archived jobs can be done by the "Job Edit: tools.
