When posting a job, the Visibility section allows the Users to elect if it should be posted internally. Jobs with "Internal" visibility are not fed to the online job boards you have activated and can be viewed on the Internal Job board or by sending the job's designated URL to applicants. Internal Jobs can remain internal, be converted to external Jobs automatically if scheduled as part of the job posting process, or converted from the Details tab of the Job at a later time.
Note: All Jobs with Internal visibility, including Sub-Brands, will be displayed on the same organization-wide Internal Job Board.

Sharing an Internal Job
Once posted internally, there are two ways for your employees to find the application:
1. Share the Internal Job Board which hosts all jobs with Internal visibility by copying the URL from Admin > Organization > Internal Job Board.
Note: The Internal Job board URL is hidden from public view, however, it is not password protected or completely internal.
2. Share the Job's unique URL with job seekers. Each posted Job has its own unique URL which can be found by clicking on the job title from your Internal Job Board, as if you were an applicant, and copying the URL from your web browser.
Applying to an Internal Job
The Internal Job Board has the same appearance and application process as your Career Site to provide internal and external applicants with identical experiences. Applicants applying to an Internal Job will be labeled with an Applicant Source of "Internal Job Board" unless they identify as having been referred from an employee, where it will show as " Employee Referral (Name of referring employee)."
