The Job Requisition tab in your hiring system is the library of all requisition forms. To stay organized, at times you may need to delete one or more forms to keep your library up to date. If you need to delete requisition forms templates you can do this without interrupting your current requisition process. Any Account Administrator can delete job requisition form(s) as needed.
Follow these steps to delete a job requisition form:
- From the main Admin menu, select System Settings > Job Requisitions.
- Click the ⋮ menu of a Job Requisition Form and select Delete from the drop-down.
- You will be prompted to confirm you want to delete the form. To proceed, click YES. (This action can not be reversed.)
- A pop-up will confirm the success of the deletion and it will be removed from your library.
When deleted, the form will no longer be visible in your requisition forms library for future use. All previous requisitions submitted using the deleted form will remain in the system for viewing and reporting purposes. If a previously initiated form was submitted and is currently in the approval process at the time the form was deleted, it can be completed as usual.
Note: Once a Job Requisition Form has been deleted this action can not be reversed. For any form you would like to retain in the job requisition library, yet no longer use, we suggesting renaming to include the date and word Archive such as "(Archived 03/2024) Job Requisition Title"
