Account Administrators can resend user invitation(s) as needed to any user who has not completed the registration process and has a status of "Pending" in the system.
Follow these steps to resent user invitation(s):
- To view a lit of all users in your system, Account Administrators can navigate to Admin > Users.
- Find the user from the list or follow these to search for a system user.
- The invitee will appear in a "Pending" status in the user list.
- Resend the user invitation by clicking the ⋮ menu for that user.
- Click Resend Invite from the list.
When the user registers, their status will change to Active or Inactive if they registered and never logged in.
Note: If a user has a status of "Pending" and a Last Login of "Never" they haven't registered or initially logged into the system so the password reset will not issue an email.
