If the Gusto integration is active in your hiring system, and you have received an error message "There was an error registering a new employee with Gusto" when attempting to send new hire information to Gusto, then the integration may need to be reconnected. This can be done by you or your account administrator by logging in to your Gusto account from the KeldairHR Marketplace.
In a new browser window, go to Marketplace > Payroll > Gusto and click SIGN INTO GUSTO. Enter your Gusto credentials and click Authorize to confirm your hiring system connection to your Gusto account. After logging in to Gusto, your hiring system will refresh automatically. Return to the Applicant File browser window and click the button to send New Hire information to Gusto.
