If a member of the hiring team has used Share File with an External User (a non-registered email), then the account administrator can convert them to a system user with permissions assigned by a User Role. The process is the same as the method new users are added, however, once an External User converts, they will be assigned as a member of the hiring team automatically to all Job(s) for which that user previously received shared files.
Select Users from the Admin section and then click the +Invite User button. On the pop-up, select the desired User Role, enter one or more email addresses, and then click Send to email the invitation(s). Once received, the invitee will complete the registration process and their assigned jobs will be in their My Jobs tab.
Note: If an external user has a new email address since receiving a shared file, they will be considered a new user.
