When you log in to your hiring center, you are greeted on the home tab with a dashboard of tiles designed to give you an up-to-date overview of your assigned jobs in the hiring center. The available hiring center areas that appear are based on your user role.
To streamline your hiring process, the dashboard provides prompts towards taking action with your jobs or applicants. Your KeldairHR hiring system will aggregate changes over a defined period of time helping you to answer: What's new? What do I need to do today?
Your Dashboard in Detail
The following example of a dashboard for a KeldairHR ATS shows how it will appear when registered as a brand new user. The dashboard graphics will be replaced with data and metrics as information becomes available when you are assigned as a member of the hiring team for one or more jobs and as your system usage increases.
Note: Account administrators who want to use the Dashboard should be added to the hiring team of jobs they want to be reflected here.
1. Counter
The Counter tile displayed at the top of the Dashboard indicates how many Active Jobs, Active Applicants, and Unopened Applicants a user has. For reference, the system shows the change in each of those numbers compared to the past 7 days.
2. Interviews
The Interviews tile shows the interviews the user has this week in a carousel manner where you can toggle forward and back for the week at hand. This carousel is limited just to the current week from Sunday through Saturday.
The system will provide a visual nudge if there are any interviews "today" or the same day of viewing the dashboard.
3. Applicant Flow Chart
The Applicant Flow Chart displays the incoming applicant flow for all jobs to which the user is assigned. The system provides 3 selections to view the data: past 7 days, past 30 days, and Monthly Breakdown. Your applicant flow data will remain even when jobs are closed or archived.
4. The Inbox
The Inbox is a comprehensive feature that allows you to view Newest Applicants, Applicant Messages, and @mentions. For all sections of the Inbox, clicking a line item will mark it as read, similar to your email provider, reducing the total number of new items indicated.
Clicking the applicant's name from the Inbox will bring you directly to an Applicant File.
Newest Applicants
Your newest applicants is a stream of newly received applicants for jobs to which you are assigned. They will be displayed in descending order from receipt. When an applicant is reviewed by you or any other member of the hiring team from either the Home tab, Talent, or the Applicant Queue, the total number of Unopened Applicants will be decreased, and the applicant will no longer show in bold text.
Applicant Messages
New applicant messages will show here if a job to which you are assigned receives new inbound communication from an applicant. Once read, users can click the reply arrow to send the applicant a reply directly from the Dashboard Inbox. A copy of the message will be in the Applicant Message tab in the corresponding applicant file and also recorded in the Stream.
@mentions
If you are sent an @mention for a job to which you are assigned, it will show in the @mentions section of your dashboard Inbox. Once read, users can click the reply arrow to reply directly to an @mention. A copy of the message will be in the Comments tab in the corresponding applicant file and also recorded in the Stream.
5. By Job
The By Job tile lists the jobs to which the user is assigned in a drop-down manner. The job's status of Posted or Paused will be indicated by color. Selecting the forward icon underneath the job title will open to the Applicant Queue of that job.
This section provides an at-a-glance breakdown of each job including the following:
- Total number of active applicants
- Number of unopened applicants (shown in red on the chart)
- Stage breakdown of active applicants
- Total number of hired and rejected candidates
- Number of job seekers who viewed the job
Note: Hired and Rejected applicants are not considered active.
