When a submitted application is received by your hiring system, an Applicant File is created automatically. Your hiring system is capturing all of the information provided at the time of submission; however, in some instances the keyword analysis may be unavailable. The following explains the reasons for an incomplete keyword analysis:
- The applicant did not provide a resume or the attached resume file is blank.
- The job was created and posted before the Keywords feature was released. Keywords can be added in the Job Details tab of any job which will trigger the keyword analysis for every applicant file related to that job.
- The applicant file has been created very recently and the keyword analysis is still in progress.
- A user has edited the keywords for the job and the system is still reprocessing the keyword analysis for the applicant.
