New Features
- Users can run the Activity Report by Group to view a count of key recruiting activities grouped by either Department, Location, or Sub-brand.
- The status of a job can be scheduled to transition automatically from Posted to Paused at the time of posting or when editing the job.
- The Application Deadline of your jobs can be displayed to job seekers.
- Bulk actions can be taken to schedule events such as Interviews or Phone Screens and to send Part 2 requests for multiple applicants from the Applicant Queue.
Improvements
- Permitted users can post a job directly from an approved Job Requisition.
- The search and filtering capabilities of the Job Requisitions page have been enhanced.
- Users can sort applicants by Flag from the Talent tab or a job's Applicant Queue.
Resolved Issues
- A system error has been resolved which temporarily prevented permitted users, except for Account Administrators, to manually add applicants to a job via the "Take Action" drop-down in an Applicant Queue. The visibility of the "Take Action" button is controlled by enabling permission to "Initiate Applicant Messages" and the ability to add applicants is controlled by enabling "Manually Add Applicant" to a user’s Role.
- Minor bug fixes.
