New Features
- The selection of alternate emails can be enabled for any Workflow step that sends a message to applicants. This will present users with a drop-down containing all message templates of that category at the time of completing a Workflow step in an Applicant File.
- When rejecting applicants in bulk from the Job's Applicant Queue, you can delay when the rejection notification will be emailed.
Improvements
- Account Administrators and Users with permission can edit the assigned Hire Approval Forms in posted positions by opening a Job, clicking the Job Details tab and then the Processing Elements page.
- The Checkr Background Check integration has been improved to utilize Checkr Hierarchy Nodes which is are customizable segments that help you manage your Checkr account.
- When exporting Onboarding information to 3rd parties utilizing KeldairHR webhooks W-4 data will be included.
- When ordering background checks in an applicant file, the Checkr UI has been updated for a more seamless experience.
- The New Hire message stream was improved to show the applicant's name instead of the token for the initial onboarding invitation.
Resolved Issues
- The start time in Interview calendar files was not included with the most optimal format and has been resolved.
- An issue causing the hire button from appearing in select Applicant Files after the Hire Approval was completed and approved has been resolved.
- An issue preventing the system from showing the button to allow users to hire, reject, or undo rejection without sending an email.
- An issue preventing the actions pane from displaying properly in imported applicant files was resolved.
- An issue preventing user from converting PDF files to fillable onboarding documents was resolved.
- An issue preventing some applicants from submitting accepted job offers was resolved.
- An issue preventing the sub-brand's logo from showing for mobile applicants only in the application process for was resolved.
- An issue that allowed new hires to skip signing PDF forms was resolved.
