After hearing some amazing feedback from our users, we have made some big changes to how you communicate with applicants. Prior to the updates the applicant communications was in a tab in the right side of the applicant file called "Applicant Messages" We have now moved that over to the left in the larger middle pane. This has two major benefits: First it gives you more room to visualize and work with your messages which is a more enjoyable experience. Second, it decouples the applicant communications from your internal comments effectively eliminating the potential of accidentally mixing messages between applicants and users. Along with that you can also filter your message based on their type. We have also added communication shortcuts to the top of the applicant file under the applicant contact information. This allows you to more quickly take common actions while processing applicants.
