The Internal Job Board gives you a designated location to share internal jobs with your employees. A unique URL is provided for your organization that will display all jobs designated with Internal visibility during Step #4 of the job posting process. Your Internal Job Board link is coded in a way so it can't be found in a Google search or scrapable by bots.
By default, the Internal Job Board is activated in your online hiring center. To disable or reactivate this feature, adjust the setting by going to Admin > Applicant Sources. Click Internal Job Board from the Source column and use the available switch. A success notification will appear on the screen to confirm the setting was saved.
Any job that is on your Internal Job Board will not flow to public-facing job boards. Applicants who apply from Internal Job Board postings will be marked with an Applicant Source of Internal Job Board and reported under the category of Existing Employee. When the visibility of a job posting is changed to External, it will be removed from the Internal Job Board and the listing will be transferred to your Career Site and distributed to any AutoFeed Job Boards, that are active in your Applicant Sources. All applicants after the transition will be marked according to the Applicant Source where they found the position.
To copy your Internal Job Board URL to share with your team or to review jobs currently posted as internal, go to Admin > Organization > Internal Job Board.
