Account Administrators can view the list of external users (non-registered emails) that have interacted with your hiring system.
- Click Admin > Users from the main menu.
- Use the filter dropdown to select External.
- Use the toolbar to Search External Users by entering at least 3 consecutive letters of the email address.
- To convert an external user to a standard user, click the ⋮ menu on the far right of the external user and click Edit Role.
- Use the drop-down to select a Role.
- Click SAVE to confirm.
An invitation email with the subject "Online Hiring System Registration Invitation from Instance" will be sent to the external user with a registration link. Once an External User converts, they will be assigned as a member of the hiring team automatically to all Job(s) for which that user previously received shared files.
