The Summary sections showcase metrics for all Posted and Paused positions for your hiring system along with relevant statistics to help keep track of their growth and development in obtaining applicants.
Job Summary
The Summary from the My Jobs tab shows an overview of all jobs that you have been assigned to as a member of the hiring team. It will show all active jobs including those that are posted and paused. The total number of new applicants as well as the total number of active applicants will be displayed.
Note: Only account administrators will have access to the All Jobs tab.
Applicant Queue Summary
The Summary from the Applicant Queue tab shows an overview of a particular job to which you have been assigned. The summary will display the Posted date, Days Open, and number of Active, Rejected, and Hired applicants. It will also indicate the current Job Status, which can be changed by using the drop-down arrow.
