Users with access to applicant files can edit the applicant's provided profile information if needed. For example, if names are not capitalized, an address is missing from an Indeed Apply resume, an incorrect email address was provided for a background check, etc.
When opening an Applicant File, users will see an Edit icon under the applicant silhouette. Clicking Edit allows users to edit the following fields: first name, last name, phone number, email, street address, city, state, and zip. Selecting Update will confirm the changes, and a detailed record will be logged in the stream of who made changes along with the list of the individual applicant file fields that were edited. The changes will cascade to all system locations that reference the updated applicant profile fields.
Note: At this time, applicant profiles can be updated only by members of the hiring team or the account administrator.
