After an applicant has confirmed their interview slot, an interview confirmation will be emailed to both the user(s) conducting the interview and the applicant with the event type in the subject (Phone or In-person). If the event type of "other" was selected at the time of scheduling, the subject will read "Interview." Each recipient can then add the interview event to their individual calendars. The attached calendar .ics file can be downloaded and imported to an existing calendar or, depending on the email client used, it may generate an "add to calendar" link directly in the email.
