System-generated emails are messages sent automatically during the hiring process based on a user’s actions. Users with permission can edit message templates for future use or make one-time edits when sending a message to an applicant.
System-generated emails will be branded with your unique KeldairHR instance and sent from your account's corresponding no-reply email address, such as noreply@superco.keldair.com.
Content in many of the system-generated emails can be dynamically populated when the e-mail is sent. These fields are indicated by message tokens surrounded by "##" symbols. For example, using ##applicant-first-name## will pull the applicant’s first name from the application and populate the email with the information. For example, if the applicant's name is Lisa, the email will be delivered as “Dear Lisa.” If a user edits the text within the ## symbols or removes it completely, the system-populated content will not be included.
