Within an Applicant File, you can review and process an applicant who has applied for a job, including reviewing their cover letter, resume, question sets, and references; scheduling interviews; and hiring or rejecting a candidate. An Applicant File can be reviewed in any order, however, it is suggested that the Stages Workflow panel be consistently used for all applicants of the same job.
While processing an applicant, you may need to adjust your order of actions based on the information you learn about the candidate or as they go through your hiring process. You can freely move between the Stages as needed by clicking the stage checkbox and then clicking the stage name to follow through on the preset stage actions.
Note: The information that is available in the Applicant File is directly related to the job elements you included in your job posting. For example, if you posted a job without including Question Sets, it will not be included in the Applicant File.
