The Streams tab of the applicant file is a repository of all activity associated with the file. This includes processing actions, messages to/from an applicant, comments, and system-generated actions. You can scroll through the Streams list to review the candidate’s application activity history quickly and easily.
Each Stream entry will include the date and time of the action, the type of entry, who triggered it, and the icon associated with each type of action. See below for a list of system actions and related Stream icons.
Certain stream entries are clickable and will navigate you to the respective area of the applicant (or new hire file). Those include:
- Tasks
- Comments
- Applicant Messages
Clicking it will navigate to that part of the file and briefly flash the linked content with a bright yellow.
Note: Workflow steps like Interview and Offer that that send messages as part of the process will link the user to the step, not the applicant communications panel.
