Your hiring system is designed to enable you to see where an applicant stands in the hiring process quickly and easily. From within the Applicant Queue of a Job or on the Talent Tab, visual cues help you recognize an applicant's status:
Unopened Applicants appear in bold text with a white background. An applicant is considered unopened when the Applicant File has not been opened by at least one system user.
Opened Applicants appear in unbolded text with a gray background. An applicant is considered open when the Applicant File has been opened by at least one system user.
Applicant flags enable you to assign a colored flag (with an optional label) to applicants in order to visually differentiate them in terms of rank, quality, or another status of your choosing.
The system displays various Applicant Communications indicators to let you know that new applicant messages have been received.
Within the Applicant Queue, indicators appear in the form of a comments icon with a number that represents the number of unread messages.
Within Talent, indicators appear in the form of a circle icon to show the Applicant File has unread messages.
