After reviewing the elements in an applicant file, a member of the hiring team can apply an Overall Score ranging from 1 star to 5 stars manually. An Applicant File can have only one overall score (unlike individual job elements that can be rated by the hiring team and external collaborators). Once an Overall Score is selected, it can be updated at any time, but never removed. If altered, the Overall Score will be labeled with "Score Changed" so other hiring team members are aware and can view the stream entry to confirm specific details regarding the action.
An Overall Score can be applied manually from either the profile section of an applicant’s file or by opening the Score Card tab where you can first review the list of rated job elements. If an element has not been rated, clicking the name will open that element. After returning to the Score Card, select an appropriate star rating for the applicant based on your hiring process. The Overall Score is linked to the Applicant File header and can be seen from any location in the file, applicant queue, or talent tab. This score can be used to highlight the quality of each candidate, which can help with applicant processing and prioritization.
