Once an application is received and an applicant file is created, users can review and rate the individual applicant elements with a Thumbs Up, Thumbs Down, or Neutral rating. Applicant elements can be rated by any user assigned to the hiring team or by external collaborators with whom the applicant file has been shared.
As a member of the hiring team, when you rate an applicant or a rating is added by the system automatically, the rating icon will be outlined with a circle, and the vote will be added to the number total displayed. Ratings of other users or external collaborators will be included only in the totals. All voting actions will create an entry in the Streams tab.
After a rating is applied to an applicant element, hovering over the tooltip on the rating icons (Up/Down/Neutral) will show which users took action. If anyone has not voted on an applicant element, they will see the Like button. Clicking the Like button will allow them to enter their rating.
Note: After a user registers their applicant element rating, it can be changed; however, it cannot be removed.
AutoScored Question Set Ratings
AutoScored (Yes/No) Question Sets will be displayed with both the percentage and the rating icon. Using the applicant's answers compared to the desired responses, the rating icon will be applied automatically based on the calculated score. Since the rating is applied automatically for an AutoScored Question Set, it will show as locked for all users, and cannot be changed.
AutoScore Results | Rating Icon |
---|---|
100% - 61% | Thumbs Up |
60% - 50% | Neutral |
49% - 0% | Thumbs Down |
