The @hiringteam handle is a built-in group mention available on all jobs and applicant files. It lets you notify the entire hiring team at once instead of tagging users individually.
Who is included in @hiringteam?
The @hiringteam handle automatically includes every user with access to the job. When you use it in a comment, all of those users receive a notification (if their @mention notifications are enabled). For example, if only User 1, User 3, and User 9 are assigned to a job, they will be notified when @hiringteam is used. Any new users added to the job later will also start receiving @hiringteam notifications.
Where can you use the @hiringteam handle?
You can use @hiringteam anywhere internal comments are supported:
- In an applicant file, either at the element level (e.g., under Resume) or in the dedicated Internal Comments section.
- In the Job Comments section of any job (found under the History tab).
@hiringteam usage is currently not supported in the Onboarding module.
