Marking an applicant as new can be performed from the Applicant Queue of any job. A member of the hiring team can select a group of applicants in the Received stage and elect to mark them as new, allowing for flexibility when viewing new vs. opened applicants. The "select all" checkbox will select all applicants on the first page. You can narrow down the applicants that appear in the queue by using the "Active Applicant" stage filter and then sort the results by clicking the Applicant Queue column headings.
