The Talent tab is your applicant database containing a list of every application regardless of the position to which they've applied. As applications are received, a new Applicant File is created and a corresponding entry is made in both Talent and the job's Applicant Queue. If an applicant applies to the same job multiple times or to other jobs at your organization, they will have multiple entries listed in each location.
To access your applicant database, click Talent from your hiring system's main navigation. Clicking on an applicant's name will open their full Applicant File. From there, you can review an applicant's resume and process the applicant using the job's assigned workflow stages, such as phone screening, scheduling interviews, checking references, and more.
The Talent Tab in Detail
The Talent tab below shows how it will appear when users have been assigned as a member of the hiring team. Only account administrators will have both the My Applicants and All Applicants tabs. All other users will have access to the My Applicants tab showing applicants only for the jobs to which they have been assigned and as allowed by their user permissions.
1. Saved Talent Views
Filtered views in Talent can be saved for repeated use. However, by default, upon opening Talent, users will see All Applicants in Talent.
Saved Views
Saved views can be found by clicking the List Name of the filtered view from the drop-down. Once opened, users will have the option to Edit Filters as needed for one-time use or save them for future usage. Use caution when resaving filtered views as they are globally shared across all system users so other members of the hiring team can access them.
Filter Settings Gear

2. Filter
By default, Talent will display all applicant results according to your job assignments and your user permissions.
