The Onboarding Packages tab in your hiring system is the library of all packages. If When you need to edit a package users can select a package from the list and follow the steps below.
- From the Onboarding menu, select Onboarding Packages.
- Open a package clicking the Package Name or by clicking on the ⋮ menu of a package and selecting Edit from the drop-down.
- Update the Package Name by entering a unique name in the text field.
- Review the assigned forms
- Use the Remove button to discard unwanted forms from the package.
- Use the +ADD Onboarding Form from Library and from the slider select Add to import an additional form.
- To reorder the forms, click the drag and drop icon and drop it in a new location. The forms should appear in the same order in which you want the new hire to complete them. The "New Hire Profile" is locked and will always appear first.
- Click SAVE to update the Onboarding Package in your library.
