The "Employer Only" section of the W-4 in Onboarding can be be automatically populated if data in the "Employer Details" section of your brand has been updated.
Follow these steps to populate forms within your system such as the W-4:
- Select Admin from the menu, Organization, and then Sub-Brands.
- Click the name of your "Primary" brand.
- Enter or update the Employer Details:
- Employer Name
- Employer Address
- Employer City
- Employer State
- Employer Zip
- Employer Identification Number
- Click SAVE to confirm.
Once entered or updated, the "Employers Only" section on the W-4 will automatically include the "Employers name and address" and "Employer identification number (EIN)."
