From small employers hiring 1-2 people per year, to large organizations hiring hundreds of candidates monthly across many locations, we soon realized the need to adapt to the demands of this diverse clientele. As a result, the business was split into two distinct customer segments. KeldairHR was established to specialize in traditional industry-agnostic businesses such as retail, manufacturing, logistics, schools, and government entities. While the second remained as Hyrell and will continue to specialize in franchise business models.
