New Features
- Account Administrators for all public elementary and secondary school systems and districts with 100 or more employees that require the EEO-5 (EEOC Form 168A) form for workforce data collection can activate the setting in System Settings > EEO/OFCCP.
- When hiring an applicant in your system, offer letters will transfer from the ATS system to the "Attachments" section of the New Hire's File.
Improvements
- Due to industry-wide mandates, the hiring system is required to collect additional business and contact information for all accounts utilizing Text to Apply or Applicant Text. When accounts activate Text Messaging Add-ons Account Administrators will be asked to fill in a form with the required information for a 3rd party review, multi-week vetting process before the feature is turned on.
- The OFCCP page within the application process has been updated to reflect the changes made with the newest version of the government document.
Resolved Issues
- An issue affecting some customers that prevented users from editing cloned jobs was resolved.
- An issue with the New Hire Profile configuration page that would cause UI glitches when dragging and dropping fields was resolved.
