New Hire Messages enable the hiring team to correspond with hired applicants via email or text. With the given permission, a system user can access or send messages from the Messages tab of the New Hire File.

Working with New Hire Messages
- New Hire messages automatically sent by the hiring system (when processing the hired applicant) are emailed to the applicant's email address.
- The hiring system tracks new hire communications via email or text in the Messages section with an icon, timestamp, and message content.
- The most recent new hire message will be chronologically displayed at the bottom of the list.
Sending a New Hire Message
Users can review replies from hired applicants in Onboarding as well as create and send messages from the Messages tab in their New Hire File using email or text (if the Applicant Text feature is activated and the applicant has granted their consent).
Viewing All New Hire Messages at Once
All new hire messages, including responses from hired applicants, will roll up to a consolidated Messages tab in the New Hire File. To view all messages, click on the Messages tab from the processing on the right pane and view all time-stamped messages in chronological order or use the Print New Hire File feature and select the checkbox for New Hire Messages.
