Billing for your KeldairHR ATS is based on the number of posted jobs in your system. Your selected subscription level will define the maximum number of jobs that can be posted at any one time.
Each job in your hiring system, whether internal or external, will have one of three possible Job Statuses: Posted, Paused, or Closed. The hiring system counts active jobs or those with a Job Status of Posted or Paused in many metrics; however, paused jobs are excluded from billing. Contact your assigned Account Manager if your hiring needs have changed and you need to upgrade your account to allow more jobs to be posted or submit a ticket with KeldairHR Support.
