There are times when I don't want to immediately send a rejection notice to an applicant and a nice improvement would be the ability to schedule a rejection notice in the future. Examples include: after interviewing an applicant, I don't want to immediately reject them or I prefer not to send out rejection notices on Friday afternoons.
